A poster design made in a style inspired by the work of the famous typographer, Dana Tanamachi. For this project, we were asked to pick a typographer whose work we admired and to study their artistic style. The prompt was to pretend that this typographer was coming to our college to give a lecture, and to design a poster in their signature style advertising the event to students. Our college's mascot was a bear and our color was maroon, so I included those elements in my design.
